Been going to Matlach for 5+ years after he and Ames merged practice. Matlach helped me with my TMJ problems and while they're not gone (due to other reasons outside his control), the improvement makes life so much easier and easily liveable. He is a very confident dentist and that comes from his experience. Straight to the point, no frills or pomp and circumstance. He's always happy to answer your questions before you make a decision; just be clear and concise with what you want/don't want. Dental care is expensive; a lot of folks like to blame the office on the prices when it's usually the patient not knowing how to handle their insurance policies. I was so confused by mine after being charged in full one day. I called my own plan reps and then spoke to the office staff unsure of what to do- oh my goodness did they save the day. They walked me through it, explained what they'd do on their end, and BINGO, my reimbursement came from my insurance. They're doing great with the transition to online email/contact/appointment reminders, too! I really do recommend them.
